Ginger Xmas cards banned!

What do we think about that xmas card thing?

If you not heard it it was a christmas card with a picture of santa with a ginger kid on his knee and a caption that says "yes, santa loves all children, even ginger ones"

i thought it was really funny and clever, now it is banned!

As someone with two ginger-ish kids I think it's right they're banned. Either that or let's have cards about everyone: I'm dreaming of a black amputee, spastic Christmas, etc.

Of course the rule should be relaxed for Mick Hucknall.

I think it's disgusting.

I mean, Breeze, why the ginger(ish) kids? Christmas coming up... buy them some dye for God's sake.

I think that it is not only acceptable but should be made into law that gingers be banned...or at least shunned by society in general.

there are sexist cards, one about boobs and big willies, ones about getting older, getting over the hill, becoming forgetful, cenile etc, there are cards about dumb blondes or bimbos, etc etc..

its not like someone is going to buy that card for their ginger kid, its going to be people who buy it as a mutaul joke between mates as a laugh, is censorship not going a bit over the top?

the gingerist-ness in the world already exists, the card is not promoting it, the card is just playing on the fact that that sterotype exists already.

i think thats what nearly all jokes are is it not, sterotypes are translated or exaggerated into humor by using either out of context or in a surprising or risque way?

where will it stop if my blonde cousin goes and complains about the dumb blonde jokes in cards needing to be banned?

I had that dream too. but im ginger.
