Riga, Elmander and the others to get chance with Coyle!

Coyle didnt name names but he said in interview that he was going to look at the squad and give every player a fair chance. No preconceptions.

I do like that idea.

It could mean players not favoured by Megson have the chance to impress Coyle and show what they can do, whether they will make the starting 11 is another story though.

I would like to see Coyle drop a few under performers to the bench at least.
Taylor springs to mind.

Maybe even give habsi more of a role to play.

Riga did a really good job at his last club, might be a useful impact sub if given a chance, he has pace to burn.
Would like to see shittu given a chance, he did really well against United and Arsenal.
This Holden kid looks like he might be a decent signing, he must feel like he has just won the lottery, getting us rather than Burnley!

Riga has pace to burn but the (final) touch of a rapist. His final ball in the (admittidly) few instances he has played has been awful. Still, we don't have much competition for the right wing position and Coyke may see soemthing in training that he likes. I'll leave the judgement to him.

It looks like we may have this new kid from the US, he can play on the right and has a wicked cross allegedly.

There was a guy on BA who lives in Houston who wasn't too impressed. I have never heard of him so I'll reserve judgement. If he is good technically, then it's a start.

Hope that Vaz Te is finally moved on.

Can't see there being a lot of hope for Knight. Maybe Newcastle will take him and we can try and improve Shittu?
