I don't think it helped with the formation we started the game with. I sensed after the first minute we were in for a long afternoon. We really need to get back to basics with our defending, what was Cahill thinking when trying to shield Carew away from the ball for the 2nd goal ? Just stick it out for the corner and re-group. As for the 3rd goal Knight was way to tight to Carew and easily got turned, the big fellow won't score an easier goal, it was liking going around pylons on the training ground !!

Maybe, with that performance, they'd do better to train less!
