Bolton v Hull
So the day of the Trotters versus the Tangerine Man's Tigers is finally upon us...
Predictions for the game?
I'm going for Bolton 3 Hull 2... as both sides can't defend for toffee, yet are reasonably able going forward.
I would love to see us register a clean slate at long last. I wouldn't be surprised if, when we finally do get one, we go on and get a few more once that monkey is off the defenders' backs.

Re: Bolton v Hull
Zat Knight does actually play like he's having to carry around a small primate for the entirity of the game.
We have to be positive tonight, we've done Ok these last few matches and the Lee/Klasnic starting combination seems to give us a fighting chance going forward. The main issue is how do we stop the runners from doubling up on our full backs - I know I sound like a stuck record but it's just so obvious that it is an issue...as well as Zat Knight being...well, er...Zat Knight.
Zat Knight.

Re: Bolton v Hull
I imagine that the only change will be Muamba will come back in for Basham. I can't see Megson dropping Knight again for AOB... we just have to hope that Knight might benefit from it being an evening kick-off - there's every chance that might allow him to actually be awake from the start!!
Ps. did you say "Zat Knight" and "small primate" in the same sentence???
Racist.

Re: Bolton v Hull
Just read on Sky that both Geovanni and Jan Vennegor of Hasselhoff are both wounded and will have late fitness tests. Sadly Olofinjana has been allowed to delay his trip to the ANC to play in this game... I'm sure he's one of their 'better' players.
We too have fitness concerns. I'm concerned that Gavin McCann is almost fit to play again...

'Zat Knight' and 'race' should not be used in the same sentence because he'd probably fall over when he heard the starting pistol.

He started well against Burnley but he really went missing after abour 35 minutes...he wasn't on his own though.

Re: Bolton v Hull
I reckon Cohen is long overdue a goal, so will put him down for the first. Davies likewise has had a drought so will bag the 2nd.
Paul Robinson to open his account with the 3rd.
Zat Knight (og) to level Cohen's opener, with Hunt to bag a consolation late on for them.

Re: Bolton v Hull
2-0 Bolton (FIRST CLEAN SHEET) - That is what I predicted on the 'asses on the line' thread and I'm sticking to it.
Knight (in the right net this time) and Kevin Davies to score!
