Evans' Comments on the infrastructure
Never heard a peep from the bloke for 27 months and now I've read 3-4 interviews.
The way he tells it, the club's infrastructure was a mess when he and Megson arrived and they got all the problems sorted and fixed so that any new manager coming in will arrive at a club in very good condition.
So my questions are:
* Was the club really in such a mess and if so, why?
* Whose fault was it that the club was in such a mess; Allardyce, Gartside or some other person?
* If Evans is such a miracle worker, should we keep him on in some upper management roll?
Personally, I'd get shut because he's already getting on my nerves!

I think we already have got shut hence why he's being so talkative. Could be wrong though!

Re: Evans' Comments on the infrastructure
your a hard man Tim...... Evens and Wiggly
have done a decent job at the Reebok...If you talk to anybody at the club from
the ticket office through to the kit man... nobody has a bad word to say about
them.... and I do believe Evens when he say's whoever comes in will inherit a
decent bunch of players... I think the problem with us was that Megson couldn't
get the best from some really good players.... Phil Neal had the exact same
problem... he bought some brilliant players, but just couldn't mould them into
the team he actually foresaw.....!

Megson's biggest problem, although one of many, was that he had no riverdancing balls. He did buy some decent players and some crap, Elmander. I just don't want to have to see anyone associated with the Ginger tw*t.
I think we are going to smash Arsenal.

Evans had his share of critics at the club - fact. I spoke to one. GM was liked, it has to be said - except by the fans of course for aforediscussed reasons to numerous and tedious to regurgitate.

Nah, Nah, Nah Nah, Too Bad, So Sad, Gary Megson Goodbye.
Even now that still brings a smile to my face, which just gets bigger when I think OC is out new manager.

Re: Evans' Comments on the infrastructure
I just read on Sky that the Burnley coach, goalkeeping coach and scout have all left and all are expected to join us.
So, where does that leave Fred Barber?
