Elmander going...?

So, is he on his way or what?

Who reckons he would go if an offer came in?

There are a few articles out there saying he is frustrated on the bench and wants a chance to show what he can do so he can get in the world cup.

Would a prem club take him?

And if they did, would he prove to be better than we all gave him credit for?

If the club let him go, i think we would lose a lot of money.

But i dont think he can cut it in the prem........

I think we'd be lucky to get half what we paid for him and I certainly can't see another Prem team going for him going off his record for us.

If he's going it will be a loan deal to a foreign club.

Cut our losses, to a European club, and get 5-6 million for him, if we can. IF he is really saying what he is alleged to have said, that'll be the end of him with Megson.

No-one is going to buy him in January. It will be a loan deal if at all.

We might get some money for him from France, but we are going to take a huge loss, having said which he is garbage, we might as well get whatever we can for him, he is still rated in France one option would be to try to use him as a make weight in a deal with a french club. I would love Sakho from PSG or Gignac from Elmander's old club, probably out of our league though.

I hope you're right about Elmo's rep still being decent in France... that's probably our only hope of getting £2m or above for him.

That said, I'd steer well clear of anything else from the French league... when you have little to spend, it needs to be on proven quality (as best as you can afford) not gambled on cheap shite from France. Seen it before with players like Djibril Cisse... we all got told how he was a world-beater, and he too was pants; certainly for £11m or whatever he cost.
