Missing this Weekend.

I know I'm not a 'real' supporter, as I'll be ducking this weekends game due to recovering from a Hernia operation. She who must be obeyed has ordered me not to go. That and the fact I'm medically banned from driving for 2 weeks.

Hope you have a speedy recovery Mark. Those "banned from driving" meds are pretty good though, aren't they.

Let me know if I have to give Georgie a call on Saturday Mark, I'm sure I can sweet talk her into chauffering you to the game and then picking you up again.

Wendy, they have offered me meds, but being a bloke, I'm stupidly toughing it out and only taking them when I need to. I think they've just told me not to drive for 2 weeks due to the risk of rupturing the op site.

Peter, I honestly don't think Georgie could drag herself to the game even if it was just in a chauferring role. Maybe I could offer her the chance of a couple of hours shopping at Middlebrook though.
